This workshop provides an overview of sexual abuse and sexual violence using case examples to work through to help professionals recognise and understand how to respond. The workshop provides awareness of children, young people and adults who are victims and survivors of sexual abuse and violence, the help available to victims and professionals statutory responsibilities to make referrals to the police and social care.
